Browse through our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy, and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout”. You will then be asked to provide details so that we can securely process your order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.
Deliveries are made as quickly as possible, usually within 3 - 7 working days. Divan beds and large items can require 7 - 14 working days for delivery via our delivery service team. Please note, delivery to Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Devon & Cornwall may sometimes require longer than 14 working days.
Some items that are unfortunately not in stock may require up to 28 days for delivery. We will keep you informed at all points during the order process, from purchase through to delivery.
Next Day Delivery Bed Frame And Mattress Purchase Terms
Order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday and you can sleep on your brand new bed frame and/or mattress the very next day! This offer supports Monday to Friday delivery, not including weekend delivery.
We securely accept safe online payments via Protx that enables you to pay with your credit or debit card. We also accept payment by cash (sent by registered mail) and cheques. Buyers from outside the United Kingdom, please note: We only accept cheques or money orders payable in GBPounds Sterling £.
At Bed Street, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We only use good quality, new materials for packaging, and we will take great care with your order.

Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) customers have right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery'.
Return goods 'in' their original packaging, mattresses should be returned in original packaging for hygiene reasons. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. Unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence we will replace or refund you, there will be a charge for every returned item to cover transportation. Items lost or damaged in transit, that have been packed correctly, will be insured, and a refund will be made to you in 7 - 14 working days.
Failed Delivery Terms & Conditions
In the event that you miss your delivery, a card will be left with contact details for you to rearrange delivery / collection on a convenient day. There will be an additional transportation charge payable for the second delivery journey of our for some orders.
